Reasons for bingeing

So now that I'm trying to get this under control, I've found there are a bunch of not-food things that lead me to want to binge.

-When I'm dehydrated but I don't realize I'm dehydrated.

-When I've got a headache (my parents would ALWAYS tell us to eat if we had headaches even though hunger was rarely the actual cause. I would eat something, still have a headache, and then eat something else because I assumed it would help, so it's something I have to get over and realize eating won't help).

-When I'm tired.

-When I'm overwhelmed--I've got a the ol' executive dysfunction and if I've got a big task or a lot of little tasks that I just can't break up into pieces, I'll turn to food as a distraction.

-After meals, even if I'm full.

So you can see, most of these I could prevent by just going through the "am I tired? then I'll take a nap; am I thirsty? then I'll drink some water," etc, and by setting up a routine after meals to try and keep myself busy until the urge passes.

I was wondering if these were common (triggers, I guess?) for people, and what others might be. I'd like to put a list together for myself to check over when I'm feeling like overeating so I can try to solve whatever is going on making me feel that way.
