This may not seem like a big deal, but I (32F SW193/CW164/GW147) am absolutely over the moon and so proud of myself.
For the first time ever, I have actually stuck to a complete workout plan diligently for the entire week. This involved me packing work clothes, prepping my packed lunch and breakfast, and laying out gym clothes the night before, and waking up at 6:15am to lift-weights for 45 minutes before work.
It's not that I have never exercised before, but I can't count the number of times that I made a plan and didn't complete the whole thing or just got lazy. This was the first time I actually set a challenging intention (tough weight-lifting routine for a different body part for 5 days) and had the discipline, and in fact the desire, to see it through. It really feels like the start of a new chapter for me. I'm actually super excited to get back in the gym on Monday morning.
