Hi all,
A few months back, several users posted about placing in 5ks. I never thought I would even finish one, but they inspired me, so I started running daily. My college students were helping me out, telling me different stretches and routines, getting me to check daily, etc.
Last week, I ran a 5k at my university with them. And I got my best 5k time. And I placed in my category. With my daughter in a jogging stroller. While running a hillier course than I have ever done. I have never been so proud!
So, although I missed my weight goal for St. Patty's, I am finally there fitness-wise. I want to celebrate!
If you are still reading this and a female in Atlanta striving to shrink, I want to donate to you my M/L clothing for your journey It's been good to me as I went down in sizes. But protip: the smaller you get, the smaller the difference between sizes for lots of women's clothing. So, despite weight changes being slower when smaller, you may find like I did that you hang out at a size for a much shorter time!
It's time for me to wear stuff that fits, so I want to help someone do the same. PM me and we can work out a way to get things to you to enjoy.
