So yea, title basically. It’s been a long journey and I have lost a total of 60lbs. I’m a 5’2” 19F and I went from 175+ lbs to now around 115-119. I’ve been having trouble getting below 115. At this point I still have fat but the question is, should I start weight training to build up muscle? I wanted to lose the rest of the fat I still have and then start building muscle but I don’t know. I have to change something up because I’ve been stuck for like a month now. I work out every day for at least 30 minutes. I either run or I do an at home workout. I try to eat around 12-1400 a day but been having some off days lately. I attached pics for reference.
