Need advice/tips on eating healthier day to day

I've been having trouble figuring out how I can eat healthy day to day and sticking to it. I have a problem of planning on starting to change certain habits and then just immediately falling back into them. If I can get a diet change to be part of my routine, it'll be easy to stick to, but I keep fumbling on the first days.

I pack my lunch for work everyday, and I think that maybe starting there would be a good first step. Does anyone have any good, cheap meal prep ideas for taking food to work? And I mean like specific ideas. I'm generally not very creative when it come to cooking. I've been just making a ham and swiss on wheat with a clementine or something like that, but I feel like that's not good enough. I'm also pretty tight on money now, so anything on the cheaper side is a little better.
