First time poster here , been looking around for a while. It has been quite a year , where it was a real journey searching for the best way to lose weight that works for me. I come from 98kg and now i am at 79kg. Been trying to lose those last few kg’s ( mostly fat on the belly /hips/chest). Been doing Some bodyweight exercises cause thats what keeps me going( not bored) . My main goal is to lose fat and gain some muscle and get somewhat shredded.
I have been thinking of combining the exercises (3 times a week) with running but dont now of this would help or will work against the muscle growth? I am also been doing IF for the last two weeks and that also seems to help for me. So any tips ( diet/exercises/...) to lose the fat and finally get those abs visible are welcome.
