Let's talk Kitchen Scales

I have a kitchen scale that works great, but it doesn't have some features that I'd really love, and I don't know if it exists. If you have a recommendation to fit some of my criteria, please let me know!

Here's the background. I love to cook, and I often cook from scratch. I like making meals with multiple ingredients, like soups and casseroles. I don't mind weighing each ingredient as it goes into the pot, then at the end I get a calorie count for the whole recipe.

Here's what I want to do. I want to take that pot of soup, cooked, and weigh it. I want the scale to subtract (from its memory) how much that pot weighs so I can know exactly how much my cooked soup weighs. Then with some simple math I can figure out how many calories are in my bowl of soup, no matter how much I eat.

Here are the features I think I need:

Extra large surface (to fit a soup pot or casserole dish)

Heat resistant (so I can put hot stuff on it)

Memory (so I can weigh all my pots and choose them from a list when I'm looking to tare)

Affordable (not really important, but I'd choose a cheaper one with all my features over an expensive one, obviously).

So does this exist? And if so, where can I get it? I'm in Canada so some options may not be available to me. But I will pay for shipping and duties if necessary, I really really want this!
