Hey yall Has anyone moved from keto to low carb to CICO? It's my 5th try at keto I think.. I lose about 4-5 kgs over a few months and then either life gets in the way (I travel or I get sick of the keto food and just eat a croissant and 8li spiral)
I feel like it's impossible or just really hard to go out in a social situation with keto. I'm fine with meal planning throughout the week but it getting to my mental state.. All the yoyo-ing. For example my grandmums in town and she shows her love through food, Ive been saying no all her food. But yesterday I said okay to a few bites of her food and I feel so bloated and shit now. I am rambling but just want to know if anyone has switched from keto to low carb /CICO and felt better and lost weight?
