Hey all, I've avoided posting because generally I've been told to put the fork down and well now I have. For a long time I was tracking calories religiously and started a workout regime. Now, my workout regime had gotten longer and more involved and while not tracking as diligently as I should, I haven't changed what and how much I'm eating that much. I've hit a wall over the last few weeks hovering around 180-183lbs. I've gotten skinnier, I can see that on the tape but I'm trying to get to that next level and it doesn't seem like anything is working...my goal weight is 168lbs and I'm getting frustrated. Not really sure what to do at this point.
