My weight has always fluctuated, but nevertheless it's always been too high. In December of 2017 I was weighing 132kg. I had good bit of muscle mass but was also very fat (I'm 182cm tall with broad shoulders). I've wanted to get under 100kg the last 5 years and today I weighed myself at 103kg.
I'm really proud about myself. I didn't really think it would be possible back when I was the most unhealthy.
I drank a lot and ate a lot of snacks, but didn't really exercise. Slowly over the last 2 years I've been trying to turn my lifestyle around. And the best way to do it is to go one day at a time, it makes it seem less impossible. I'll update you guys when I hit the milestone.
