I’m 20f, 154 pounds. 5ft 2. I’m in the overweight category.
I’ve been cutting out junk food, working out three times a week, and just being a bit more conscious of the food&drink I’m having. It’s been a few weeks.
However I downloaded MyFitnessPal and I’ve been trying to fill in the calories and stuff but I’m not doing it right? I know it’s supposed to be really simple but I’m just not finding it easy. I don’t know if it’s the effort it takes or what.
Also I don’t really get CICO that much. I’ve read the info but still not understanding it. I thought of trying to stay at 1200 a day but read that’s not enough calories? Especially I’m breastfeeding so that’s nowhere near enough so how many do I need?
