I lost myself, but now I'm found

I used to be skinny, like I was skin and bones growing up. But after some tough financial hardships that my parents went through, I put on a solid 80 pounds. I had reached a point that I snapped out of it and lost enough weight to where I was at a healthy level.

But in the past 8 months, I lost myself. I just didn't know who I was or who I wanted to be. In a slump, I put all the weight I lost back on. It's frustrating to see all my hard work gone by the wayside, but I had another wake up call. After seeing what unhealthy habits did to my Grandfather, who passed away last week, and my dad, who needed surgery because his diabetes is causing him to go blind, I know that I can't go down that road.

I've been working out pretty regularly(4 days a week), but I need to change my relationship with food. I did intermittent fasting before and that period allowed me to have the healthiest relationship with food to date, so I need to work my way back to that.
