70 (155~ in lbs hehe) was the magic number for me, every time I think about it it still needs to sink in. Honestly? I never thought I ever could or even wanted to make a post like this but I figured I could share some of the motivation after being overweight for all of my life, having tried pretty much every diet and going to an all-year-round fat camp twice.
1.78m for those that want to know.
The mental change I had to go through to fit in with the rest again was excruciatingly hard, all I ever knew in life was that I was 'THE fat kid' and I'm trying to heal the wounds that has caused, just something to throw out there because this is often forgotten among us 'losers' ;) The change is more than physical, in fact its mostly psychological, never forget.
A year and a half ago I underwent a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG) and I have not a single regret. Anyone with questions about this procedure or the 'aftermath' feel free to ask. Any other questions are welcome too of course!
