I accidentally hit my goal weight on vacation!!!

Not so humble brag: I came back from a week long vacation and I was surprised with my results!

I've been on a weightloss journey for about 8 months now, coming from 190lbs to 157 (pre-vacation) at 5'10", but I've only been in the gym since December. I'm loving the process of learning what works for me!! I'm on a 6-day split that I love and self tailored. 💪🏻 If anyone is interested I'd be happy to share!

I also have two crazy dogs that I walk as much as possible. The improving weather really helps this. I also manage three part time jobs, and I'm a full time college student!

For vacation, I went to a very walkable city with lots of museums. I did not intentionally work out at all other than light stretching in the evening. I loosely counted calories at maintenance.

Somehow I came back and weighed 4 pounds less!!! In now at 153 which surpassed my original goal weight. Now I'm working on some lean gains, booty building, and fingers crossed slight ab definition. Hoping to maintain somewhere around 145-150!

It feels so good to see what we can accomplish with our bodies when we dedicate ourselves to it! I'm on cloud nine! 💪🏻 I can do this and so can you!!!
