How much does one huge cheat day every 2 months or so set someone back?

Asking just in general so that I know for the future, but I do have a personal reason for asking as well.

Basically my mom's coming to town again and food is huge in my family. I don't get to see her (or any family, for that matter) very often at all, maybe once a year tops usually.

She will be cooking pretty much all day and expecting me to scarf it all down; it's her way of bonding and showing love. How much will this set me back weight-loss wise? Knowing I'd probably be eating a LOT..

I normally don't do cheat days or even meals at all. I eat keto and try to make keto-friendly alternatives for whatever I'm craving. But her cultural/family recipes are not keto-able sadly and she also probably wouldn't be up for trying.
