Here we go again....

I lost 43 pounds over the past year and a half (173-130) and was very proud of myself. However, I have pretty bad mental health issues (anxiety, depression, OCD, shame + guilt all the time) and it got in my way. I gained a whopping 16.6 pounds back.

May 2018 to now.

I'm wondering what your advice is to get back to where I want to be. This is especially hard for me because my graduation is coming up (tons of pictures), I have some sort of weird gender dysphoria, and my family can be really mean and unsupportive.

I need a lot of help!! Sorry about all this. Here's a dog for your troubles. (He's in a toga).

TL;DR : I regained 16 pounds (130-146.6), mostly because of mental health issues. The people around me aren't supportive. Please help!
