Hey guys, I have never posted here before so bare with me! I am 5'3" (25F) and my SW is 204lbs (yes very unhealthy for my height I know... GW is 130 lbs, so I have a long way to go). I am now at 199 lbs after a month, but haven't been seeing any changes the last two weeks.
I have been eating at a deficit (around 1270 cal a day, based on MFP calculations), sticking to lean meats, veggies, fruits, and whole grains minus one day on the weekend I allow myself to go eat out with friends. I track all my food on MFP.
I have been doing workout videos 5 days a week (Fitness Blender calendar) and jogging afterward for 15 min as a cooldown type of thing.
It has only been a little over a month so am I just being impatient? Am I not eating enough? Any tips would be appreciated! I am new to fitness, and there are so many resources out there that I am unsure what to follow, so I apologize if any of this is obvious!
