Harder the closer I get to goal weight? 90 lost, less than 20 to go.

Twoish years ago my highest weight was 234. I dropped to 202, got pregnant and had a baby, then was 202 still after delivery, dropped to 144 in the year after she was born, but for three months now I’ve been in mid/high 140s.

I had some arrhythmia issues so I had to quit running until that was managed, and I lost so much progress, I feel totally unmotivated to basically start over.

I was SHOCKED by how relatively easy losing it was, but now I’m just stuck. Snacks kill me. I dont understand why I’m struggling so much. I’m really at a loss for how to find the path back to where I was and want to be.

Thanks. ♥️♥️
