Got rid of all my binge foods, found new ones.

So I posted a while ago about having a bingeing problem, and I decided that whenever I binged on a food, that food was going away, and I figured that'd narrow it down to things I didn't want to binge on.

All my candy except hard candy got kicked out, as well as a lot of my snacks.

Then all the chocolate, ice cream, low-calorie ice cream, frozen bananas. Which is all fine because, it's hardly stuff I need around anyways.

But now that that's gone, I've had some frustrating overeating episodes, including oatmeal, pancakes, a mug cake, and the chocolate chips that were meant to be for baking with.

Since apparently I'm willing to cook in order to binge, do I get rid of the ingredients too? It's almost always sweet things and chocolate, so I suppose I could ditch sugar, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, etc., but that'd mean I couldn't bake things, even when it's morning and I've for sure got control.

I realize there are, and am working on, other (more internal) ways to prevent them, and on not just slipping into a binge, but that's a good deal harder and if there's an easy way to prevent too much weight gain in the meantime, that'd obviously be helpful.
