I'm female, 17 years old, 5'9 and weight 70kg (154 pounds). I am not massively overweight but have some fat which I'm pretty self conscious about and would like to lose. My goal weight would be around 60kg.
For the past 4 days I've been eating around 1600 calories, which I calculated online but the problem is I feel weak and very hungry. For a few hours after I meal I am fine, but then I start to lose my energy and feel extremely hungry. I've been trying to exercise most days of the week and quite intensly (I used to be a competitive athlete) and was wondering if maybe this is a problem?
I'm really stuck as obviously I want to lose some weight but I'm really struggling to eat in this calorie deficit and not feel weak and exhausted. Please help!
