Eating healthy without a kitchen?

About me: I'm 22 years old (f), weigh approximately 10st 9lbs (67.6kg) and I'm 5'6". My eating habits haven't been exactly healthy for a long time. I either eat nothing or eat lots all at once, and I'm very much addicted to sugar. I crave chocolates, sweet pastries and bubble tea and I've been way too lenient on myself in allowing these indulgences. I might not be too overweight at the moment, but I can definitely see myself heading that way if I don't clean up my habits. Not to mention, I'm constantly feeling lethargic thanks to all my sugary snacks, and grouchy whenever I skip a few days without a treat (or three).

I live in a studio apartment without a kitchen and thus eat out for every meal. I usually eat local food - rice or noodles with meat and veg, hot pot, omelettes, bàobīng - but I've no idea how many calories are in what I'm eating as it's never listed on menus. Right now, I'm focussing on not eating Western food as often, eliminating chocolates, biscuits, sweets etc. and choosing water over sugar-laden tea drinks. I'm also really bad at estimating portions, so I always order "small" to be on the safe side.

Is anyone else in a similar situation and able to offer some advice?
