Sometime last September I realized I couldn’t get into my 38 size pants anymore. That’s when I knew I needed a change. Stepped on the scale and jesus christ. 282. I was shocked. At 21 I was morbidly obese and was wearing XXL. Worst feeling of my life. Through the next few months I practiced portion control. I was shocked when I got an alert on my phone about a photo memory from last year. I guess it’s true when you look in the mirror everyday it’s hard to notice.
START TODAY!!! I wish I had started in 2017. I could be my ideal weight by now, but I’m happy I got my ass into gear and started working on myself.
CICO WORKS! Finally seeing some results. Another 40 pounds or so to go for me. For anyone curious, no gym has been involved in my routine. Just straight CICO. I eat about 1300 calories a day. I don’t allow myself to cheat since I have poor self control. Losing weight is the best decision I’ve ever made. I can now fit into L shirts. Just need to lose some more belly so I can get clothing with ease.
