Does anyone else hate this type of encounter too?

Apologies if this doesn't belong here, but I figured it was the best place to post it.

While at work tonight, I was talking to a coworker about health. She had asked what I was doing to lose weight - so I kept it short and simple because I didn't want to receive any snarky remarks about my dietary restrictions that go along with my diet.

TO MY SURPRISE...kidding, saw this coming as per usual - she starts belittling me and rather than be excited for me and my progress, she goes on to say that what I'm doing is great but there's more too it. I'll spare you the conversation but the whole point of this post :

I am very....EXTREMELY bothered when people tell me how to lose a substantial amount of weight when they've been at the ideal weight all their life. Unless you're a doctor or you've been in my shoes or close to - I don't want your opinion because it's not through experience or fact. Does this bother anyone else? I just feel so stupid and small after these conversations.
