Disordered eating/body dysmorphia/something else? Mainly a rant

For reference, I am 22F, 5'1", currently at 118 lbs. I started at 128.8 lbs end of November, took a sanity break a couple weeks ago, and have been maintaining since. I really want to lose a little more weight (maybe get to 110?) and tone up before the summer, but I'm getting worried about my behavior.

I eat about 1300-1350 calories a day, with about 80 grams of protein. I don't think I'm eating too little, especially for my height, weight, and goal to lose. I measure everything with a scale and try to eat lots of veggies and fruit to stay satiated. I recently switched up my exercise routine, going from 30 mins 6 days/week of P90X3 (mostly resistance, some cardio) to 40-60 mins 7 days/week (except for days I am feeling sick, have a busy day, etc) of the stationary bike, cross ramp, and stepper. Basically, I have no set rest day, and try to go to the gym as much as I can.

I am ALWAYS hungry though. My entire day revolves around food. I drink coffee and tea all day to try to distract myself. Gum is my new bff. I get anxious when I think about social events because I know I won't be able to accurately count calories or trust myself around unlimited food. I have cancelled dates and plans with friends because of this. I know this is bad, but idk how to stop.

Logically, I should probably try to maintain and cut myself some slack. But I'm so scared of regaining weight. I don't understand why I can't be happy with my current body. I lost over 10 lbs, which definitely shows on my frame. But I don't see it. I still see chunky legs and a flabby stomach. My measurements are 33/26/34.5, down from 34/28/36, so I KNOW I have lost inches. My thighs went from 21.5" to 20". My arms feel more toned and my shoulders and collarbones are bonier. I'm a couple pounds away from my high school weight, but I look at pictures of myself from high school and think I looked so much skinnier then than I do now.

So, where is the line between powering through and giving yourself a break? I feel like I'm giving up.
