As a tennis player I know I do a lot of cardio almost every day. Practice consists of Mon-Wed-FRI 1 hour and then gym in the afternoon. During my off days I just jog, usually 2.0 or 3.0 mi. Diet is pretty on point ( I know I could be better tho ). Low carb, healthy fats, and moderate protein. Have been on this diet for a while now ( 3 years ) and feel pretty comfortable. Trying the gluten free thing even tho Im not diagnosed intolerant. Also doing 13hr fast. I don't have any cheat days at all. If I go out to dinner I just order the healthiest dish possible, ( salmon, chicken, meat with a side of vegetables ( nothing fried ). Alcohol I avoid sugary stuff, and only rely on whiskey and wine. Nothing else.
Based on my age ( 29yrs old ) and my height ( 5'3 - Male ) I still feel my weight is a little bit under my "normal" ranges. Today I weighed in 113.2 lbs. I wanted to look thin and cut but I still want to not be so strict about my weight/diet considering I am an exercise freak.
Especially this birthday weekend. Trying to maintain lean but also enjoying food and not be so strict 24/7. Suggestions?
