Descending the mountain

Since 2011 I have gradually been gaining weight. Since then I've certainly noticed my weight gain and I would periodically decide to do something about it. I recently looked at my total weight input using the Fitbit aria ( https://imgur.com/gallery/nAzth9d) and despite my efforts to correct for my weight gain it seems that I do just the opposite; I do something about it, feel pleased with myself, and then gain back twice much.

I'm actually glad I've been logging into Fitbit off and on because it has allowed me to notice this trend and hopefully correct for it. As you can see from the image, I'm in another 'corrective mode,' but I'm going to make this time be different than the rest.

Hopefully I can finally climb off this mountain for good.
