Got signed off from work with stress a few weeks back after having a physical meltdown leading to needing to sleep for a week. Since then I’ve had no energy...I finally made it back to the gym yesterday and went again today, just lifting as heavy as I can on the resistance machines, leg press etc and then have been doing 10 minutes on the stair master to finish (killer). I’m exhausted but my how I’ve missed this feeling...the physical exhaustion as opposed to the mental clutter in my brain.
I don’t know why I’m posting but just want to continue on this physical journey in the hope that it brings me lots of other benefits going forward and helps me deal with stress and anxiety that builds up at work.
