At Home Workouts for SAHM? (194lbs 5’4”)

Hey everyone, I’ve been working hard to change my eating habits (for the most part) after having a baby 6 months ago. I’ve been losing 3-4lbs a month thanks to diet change, but I’m ready to start some small at home workouts. Unfortunately we live far from family and friends, and my husband works out of town. My postpartum depression and anxiety make it hard to go for regular walks, so I’m looking for some activities I can do inside the house, for short bursts (high needs baby, window of time to do things is about 10 minutes).

I would say that I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle, and need a gentle start. Most postpartum workouts I’ve seen are still too much for me, and when I have tried them I get discouraged. My BMI is at obese right now, 194lbs and 5’4 for my stats.

Thanks for your help!

ETA: If suggesting YouTube workouts or videos, is there a channel/playlist (sorry I am a bit new to YouTube) that you recommend?
