Am I doing it right?

I've lost around 3.1kg since 21th of february and if you look at this like that it's safe I guess? But in the first week I've lost 1.2kg. In the second week I had period and I think that's the reason why I lost only 0.6kg. Right after end of the period, at the first day of third week I lost 0.8kg in a day. Depending if I count from exactly a week ago (which is the day after period) I've lost 0.8kg or if I count from the end of period (which is 8 days ago) I lost 1.6kg.

I read that you should be losing 1kg per week at maximum and that's why I'm worried. Also I don't know how I'm supposed think about times when I have period and how my weight changes after their ends (0.8kg in a day after period? is it normal?). If it matters: I don't exercise. I'm eating around 1500-1800 calories per day (most of the times it's 1500 tho) while my maintenance is 2000 calories (I'm 76.5kg and 158cm now).
