Alright lads. Let’s do this. 15 year old 5’4” and 160. I’m ready to start my journey.

Haven’t really been super overweight but have been over the edge my entire life. Also I eat chicken when ever I go out but, since my mom is vegetarian we eat home cooked vegetarian food. Any sort of running feels like hell to me and I want to change that. I have a few questions though. Any veterans here wanna give a few tips to this rookie? (Also I’m Indian btw).

1.) I can’t really decide on a diet and feel really overwhelmed when I try to see what diet I should be on.

2.) I have never routinely exercised ever in my life. How should I start out? (Also I have access to a gym).

3.) Are there any apps I should download or any tool to help me track what I eat?

4.) Is it too late for me? I’m 15 and have never been in fit or in shape. I can’t even do the Pacer without feeling like I’m dying by like 35.
