Just wanted to share progress photos with this lovely community and also thank you all for the fountain of knowledge you all share.
17th December 18 to 17th March 19
Total loss 58lbs.
I have achieved this through a fairly strict calorie deficit, weight training and swimming. I weight train 3 times per week and swim whenever I find the time. I have been walking more I used to take the car for a 5 minute walk out of pure laziness and that has come to an end.
My trouser size has gone from 52" to 42". My shirt size has gone from 4xl to 2xl.
I feel so much better, I am sleeping better, I am more alert and productive. I should have known, but never knew quite how much this would impact my life.
I am now the lightest I have been since the age of 16.
I still have a long way to go!
