3 Months In 40Lbs Down Plus all these other Benefits

So, I am down 40lbs (Actually 41) . AMAZING!! I havent been under 220 in years and I passed that this week with 200 in my sights. Every day I keep a super detailed journal of my food and water intake. It is very easy to do with the apps on the phone. Here are a few other items that I have noticed as I shed more and more weight.

-I fit into 80% of my clothes again and the ones I don't fit into are too big.

-I can use normal size towels rather than beach towels after the shower

- I can tie my shoes without being out of breath or having the bow on the side

-After about 25 pounds people started asking if I lost weight, at 40 people are saying I look much better

-I am closer to 200 than I am to 300 pounds

-I have much better cardio after 2 months of going to the gym

-I get full after eating a smaller amount of food.

-I have saved money with the CICO and not wasting food

-I have learned how to cook more meals

- My sleep is better (for the most part)

- My knees feel better

- My snoring has decreased

-I look better in clothes

-Double chin is almost gone

-I started tucking my shirt in again

-I am no longer self conscious at the gym

-I got rid of the extra stand in my room I needed to help dress myself in the morning

-Regular Bowel movements

-More Energy

- Blood work is better then when I started

-I am going to look way better on my motorcycle this summer

I am sure there are more Benefits and would love you to share your own. If your waiting for a sign to start, this is it. You will feel way better. I know I do.
