I had a big wake up call when I went to a foot ball game with some friends and had a really tough time getting to my seat. I decided I could not live like that any longer. I was fat, unhappy and felt terrible all the time. So I decided to make some changes. I wish I could tell everyone the "secret" they keep asking me about but the truth is there is not one. I just used good old CICO, cardio and weight lifting. No cheat days. No cheat meals. (Not going to lie I got way too high once and ate some Dominos lol)
6 days a week in the gym and 2-3 miles per day on the treadmill. I tracked everything I ate and drank religiously in MyFitnessPal. Got a Fitbit Versa and make sure I hit a minimum of 10k steps per day.
