1-2 lb weight gain after a week of eating my cals and working out?

Hi all. I’m a little confused—I weighed in at 144.6 this Tuesday, and since then my weigh-ins have gone: Wed 145, Thurs 145, Fri 146.5, Sat 147.6. I’m a 5’4” 18 yr old girl who has been eating 1200 cals and running at least 20 mins a day, coupled with some 30 mins muscle fitness for 3 days this week so far. The last time I tried losing weight I had an initial “woosh” of water weight and then from there I was at least .1 lbs down a day. I weigh myself every morning after going to the bathroom & in my underwear. Side note: I am also still sore from a workout I did on Wednesday. Does this soreness somehow add weight rather than decrease it? I’m aware that muscle weighs more than fat but there’s no way I gained 2 lb in muscle after 3 workouts.
