What is realistic expectations?

I don't know if allowed to post here, but are there any 250 pound guys here that are around 5 11 to 6 ft here? I read online that 25 pounds for 3 months is good but for someone like me to be healthy I'd need to lose 75 pounds. But apparently, after 25 pounds it gets pretty hard? That seems demoralising so does anyone know what happens past 25 pounds? Secondly, I always feel hungry, how did anyone overcome this? I eat tonnes and tonnes of veg for dinner at 6pm yet at 10pm I'm starving. I don't feel hungry in the morning and as an 18 year old, I eat my mum's rice and curry every single fucking day. I don't think I'd be able to cook for myself.

I feel like I know what exercises to do, but I'd really appreciate if someone could perhaps timeline their own progress especially if my own weight and height ish. Also, did you guys manage to find a data after all of this (haha!)?
