Weighing myself and actually starting.

So Instead of bitching about how I can't go to the gym, I decided fuck excuses so I purchased a weight scale and I weigh less then I thought but still overweight and I'm 234lbs but it doesn't matter for me mentally (kinda does) because all I have to do is subtract 500 calories from my TDEE/BMR I actually started finding out about bmr

So with that intact I am 6'0 and my current weight is 234.8 lbs and I'll set myself a target of me weighing 233.8 lbs next Wednesday cos why the fuck shouldn't I start now

But the only question is, do I subtract 500 calories from bmr or tdee? If it's tdee then it's 2356

2356 - 500 = 855 kcal
