I've hated my body for a long time. I am always the fat kid in the class. I hate going out because of how I look and most of all I hate me for allowing myself to be like this.
I'm 17, 5ft 8" and 18st 9lb / 261lb... It's about to change.
I know I want to do whatever I can to start losing weight bit I just don't have the knowledge to know what to eat and do. I'm hoping some people on here could give me some advice or maybe work with me to sort a plan. (I know that's a big ask)
I go to college 4 days a week For 3 hours so I have a lot of free time and I'm not college bound so hopefully that will make it easier.
I am motivated now and would appreciate any help x
