SV: Under 16 stone for the first time I can remember!

SV Fitbit Scale!

For the first time in a long time, I am into the 15 stone bracket! Only just, by half a lb, but it doesn’t matter, i’m there!

Started on 08/01 at 233lbs and have just come in at 223.5.

I couldn’t really get on with weighing all my foods out as I knew with my mindset, it would get overwhelming and I would fall off the wagon. I’ve just been being calorie conscious, cutting out junk food and ‘bad’ carbs such as white bread/white pasta.

I’ve also been hitting the gym 5-6 times a week and using my Fitbit which states i’m down about 21,500 cals a week.

I have an office job on a high street that houses Subway, KFC, Gregg’s, a Tesco & Dominos.

Our office ordered 10 Dominos pizzas the other day and I didn’t have a single morsel! I ate 2 shredded wheat whilst everyone else had pizza. I’m not going to lie, I was tempted, but I felt amazing for not having any.

I never ever thought I’d lose weight and seeing the scales say 15.13.5 this morning made me ecstatic!

To everyone out there who might be struggling or hitting a wall, please persevere! It is an incredible feeling. I can’t wait to be able to donate my kidney when I get under 30BMI and also for our holiday to Greece. To be able to sit by the pool and feel comfortable.

It may seem impossible but it is SO worth it!!
