Hello, I'm 20 years old, 5'10 and over the course of about a year I've gone down from 230 to about 150. I'm at a healthy BMI now, although I would like to lose 10 more lbs in order to get down to a 20 BMI and hopefully get rid of the last few deposits of fat around my midsection and lower back.

I'm not really entirely sure on whether or not the area around my midsection is simply just loose skin or remaining fat. I believe that a lot of it is still fat and that my skin is simply stretched out, making it hold the fat strangely, as opposed to if I was just normally 150 lbs and 5'10 where my fat would be held more "solidly" and less flabbily.
I just want to know, does anybody have experience with this kind of problem? Should I expect ever to have a flat stomach? I tend to wear my underwear or bathing suits up higher than normal just because I don't like the fat that spills out. I want to know if it's likely that I'll ever get a truly flat stomach.
