Record low weight leads to... binge??

Hey y'all! First time poster, long time lurker. I have been losing weight pretty slowly but consistently within the last year through CICO and becoming *slightly* more active. I am finally in the 170s and down 30lbs total, and this weekend I went totally AWOL and binged two days in a row. Saturday I ate half a pizza for lunch and Sunday I had a brocolli cheddar breadbowl with a kitchen sink cookie from Panera (the cookie alone is 800 calories). I am usually SO good with tracking and eating mindfully (on the weekends I typically eat around maintenance if I feel like it), but something about reaching my first goal made me feel like I could eat anything I wanted and have it not matter?! I am back on track today, and I know two days of poor choices won't undo months and months of work, but I just don't get it. Binging used to be a problem for me and happened regularly, but things have been under control until now.

Have you ever made a SV and then went wild and did the exact OPPOSITE of what got you there in the first place??
