I just don’t know how you guys do it. I’ve seen some of these posts of people losing an insane amount of weight and turning their lives around and I just don’t know how the hell you do it. I’ve tried whole30. I’ve tried keto. I’ve tried calorie counting. But after about 30-60 days I’m standing in front of the refrigerator at 1 am tired and not hungry at all looking for stuff to eat. I’ve had the “this is it” talks with myself after seeing me in an unflattering picture, looking in the mirror, getting out of breath doing nothing, trying on a shirt that doesn’t fit anymore. I mean, there have been so many “catalyst” moments. And I’ll wake up in the morning and read some articles and download some apps and listen to some motivating stuff and it just fades away. It always fades away. What am I doing wrong here guys?
