I'm at my ideal weight but still not happy with my body what next?!

I reached my goal of losing 20 pounds starting at 195 I'm not 175. However I feel like nothing had changed I drop look the same and not as lean as I hoped I would be. I'm sitting at 12.5 percent body fat and I don't know what steps I need to take to get that number lower? I'm what some would probably call skinny fat. When it comes to diet now I don't know if I need to stay in a caloric deficit or if I should just try to maintain my weight? And in regards to weight training and cardio I'm at a complete loss. Does anyone know what I should be trying to do with my weight training/diet/macros/cardio at this point? I appreciate any information on this!
