I found my why.

I (23M) weight 250lbs. Im quite active, I play hockey 2-3 times a week and I don’t mind running. But my diet is absolutely horrid. I work a corporate job and its way easier to eat out than it is to prep and pack. My excuse to myself was “Ill burn it off later” which technically I have, Ive maintained the same weight since i was 18. Anytime I bring up losing weight to my parents its “You look fine... you dont need to lose weight”. But a few days ago I found my why. I want to join the Air Force. I need to be low 190’s (Ideally mid 180’s) in order to qualify for BMT. I can do this. I want nothing more than to lose the weight and join. I am tracking every meal in the FitnessPal app, no more fast food, plenty of water and plenty of running. Pray for me. Im on day 2.
