I know this is a very broad question since none of you know my body or current exercise routine. I will try to provide detail. I am trying to figure out a healthy calorie intake/macros from real people instead of gathering knowledge from the internet which, can be skewed.
- I have always struggled with binge eating and I'm really trying to stop restricting myself and just eat healthy. I love healthy food and eat healthy 80% of the time but with restrictions then ultimately a binge.
- 24 y/o female. 5'4 140lbs average/leanish body type
- Workout 5 days/week - cardio, weights, kickboxing
- No dietary restrictions (health wise)
- Currently 1300 cals/day 40% protein 40% fat 20% carb (lenient on fat/carb sometimes 30/30)
