Hi guys, i am ~1,93m (6''4), 23y/o, m
I am under 90 kg right now. I have some muscle mass, but far away from buff (average dude maybe?)
Maybe skinyfat or still regular fat ^^
Most fat is around my hips and stomach. Upper body is pretty ok, bizeps pos/triceps started to show, Jawline is visible.
How low do i have to go to reach my goal of no belly? Next goal is definitive 85 kg, but i think it is not enough. 80 maybe? Or even lower?
I do weight training 3/4 times a week; kcals between 1500 - 2000 depending on the amount of sport on that day. I dont need to rush it. I try to hit my my protein goals daily.
I started out several years ago, went down to 100kgs, then 90 kgs, up to 100 again and now i am at my lowest ever. Basically losing that "beer belly" (sadly not from beer) was my main motivation.
