How do I figure out my real maintenance calories?

I'm like hella confused because each time I check different calorie calculators they all have VASTLY different results, they range from 1300 to 1700 with the sedentary option. Honestly though 1300 sounds too little and my greatest fear would be if that was true. I've been eating at 1200 calories for a few months last year and lost some weight, but then I stopped tracking for two months and maintained my weight. Lately I went back to tracking and I noticed that I naturally tend to eat 1500-1700 calories a day but honestly I'm so afraid that this might be too high for me and that I might gain weight again. For reference I'm a 5'0 female and I weigh 104 pounds.

Aight before anyone tells me that my "weight" is "too low" and that I don't need to lose more weight, ya don't have to worry abt that because im not aiming to "lose weight", I'm aiming for a body recomposition. I might have rambled a lot but basically I just wanna know how I can find my real TDEE and I sure as hell am hoping that it aint 1300 calories.
