Hit a wall?

I’ve been dieting and working out for 3 months now. I’ve lost 30 pounds in those 3 months and I’m down to 265 now. My goal weight is 200 (I’m 6’4”). But for the last week my weight has stayed at 265 despite having some of the best workouts I’ve had in years during this week.

What am I doing wrong? My diet is super clean and I’m burning way more calories than I’m consuming working out. My routine is just cardio for now - jogging on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day and then doing a few miles on the bike on a high level. I planned on adding weight training once I lost more weight. Do I need to switch up my workouts? Am I not losing anything because I’m doing the same routine?
