Pretty much summed up by the title. I try and weigh myself every day at the same time. Sometimes, its a frustrating process. Example - a few days ago I jumped on the scale, and had gained 3.2 lbs since the previous day. And it wasn't a fluke. When I saw the number, I jumped on and off the scale several times and always came back each time showing the 3.2 lb weight gain. Two days later, the scale had indicated I was down 5 lbs from being up 3.2. I know its not possible to lose that much fat in that short of a time period. What's going on here, biologically, just your body hanging on to more water? Not a fluke as I usually weigh myself four or five times just to make sure I'm not standing on the scale weird, or something else that would affect the output.
