Although I have been at the same weight for 6 months (it’s my highest weight), I feel like I just look horrible as of late. Looking forward to living a healthier lifestyle, and I am welcome to any tips that you all could share! I am so motivated by all of your posts and can’t wait for my “after” photos.
I’m trying to stick to ~1200 calories per day and start exercising through Barre videos. I plan to try and limit dairy and added sugar, but I will also try to enjoy myself. Treating this as a lifestyle change rather than a diet. I have anxiety about going to the gym, so I’ll be trying home workouts for now. If anyone has recommendations for at home videos or programs please let me know!
I’ve told myself that I was starting this process so many times, but now since I’ve told all of you I’m hoping it will stick. Here’s to a new lease on life.
