So I know I shouldn't be weighing myself as frequently as I am, but the fact that the whole experience I am having is making me worried enough without that.
I think this might be indicative of a greater health issue or something.
My weight just fluctuates very erratically, very quickly. I've been trying to loose weight recently, but this seems to be getting in the way. If I eat *anything* my weight will go through very erratic jumps.
Case and point - When I woke up this morning, I weighed in at 213 lbs. For breakfast, I had a single hard-boiled egg and a glass of water. I now weigh 216 lbs. In my experience, if I eat three meals a day, I tend to end up around 220 lbs at the end of the day, and i wake up weighing 220 lbs and it just keeps getting higher and higher if I keep up eating a healthy diet.
I don't think it's a problem with my scale. I've tried two different ones at this point and they both have the same impact.
Does anybody know what might be going on here? I'm starting to think it might be some sort of greater digestive health issue.
